    How do you tell if a water meter has pulse output or not?

    If you're checking for a leak you must first make sure nothing's running in the house and then go out to the meter and check the little pointer. If it's creeping or moving then you have a leak somewhere upstream from the meter. Was that your question? Regards. Tom

    speedball1 thanks for trying to answer my question...

    What I mean is... I want to know how you can tell from a water meter if it has pulse out put or not.

    What I of a pulse output is - if a water meter has pulse out put it can give out readings Electronically...

    I was just wondering how you tell the difference?
