    Feeling Hopeless
    Hello. I'm 21 and I've given up hope on everything. I can't manage to pull myself together anymore. I don't know what to do
    Any advice?

    If you are having feelings like this you should go talk to a counselor, they can really help you feel better about life. Why is it that you feel you can't pull yourself together? You still have your whole life to live, and giving up hope isn't the answer. There are ways to make things better, you should talk to someone right away, try talking to your family if you don't feel comfortable talking to a professional.

    I don't know I guess I've been unlucky. Lost my boyfriend, my parents aren't supportive, I have to pay for everything and study at the same time. It's just too much

    Well being 21 can be pretty overwhelming. I would go talk to a counselor at school and get some of this off your shoulders. This is a pretty stressful time in most people's life. Its almost as if you are being shoved through the door of adulthood. A counselor can give you some good coping skills and help you just unload to someone who is impartial. Don't let it all get bottled up inside!
