It is your duty to get her to a doctor whether she likes it or not. Blue nails could signify low blood pressure and having diahrea for more then a couple of day is not good and could lead to dehydration and could signify bowel problems.

She really must go to the doctor ASAP.

She may be scared, so reassure her that you care about her and need to see her get the care she needs. Anemia could also be a factor here... it could be lots of things. Anyone experiencing diarrhea for more than a week should seek prompt medical attention. With it going on this long, her blue fingernails are indicators that her body is losing vital nutrients.

Please take her quickly... Good Luck

My mother had these symptoms when she was in the starting stages of Crohn's Disease. I know the word "disease" sounds scary, but she needs to take every precaution possible to make sure she doesn't have this, or anything like it. If she does, she needs to start getting the proper care ASAP. My mother just got out of surgery after having some of her intestines removed due to this. If they catch something like this early in your mother, she may avoid going to the same extreme my mother had to go through.

Please, take her to the doctor. Good luck and I hope your mommy feels better soon! :)
