    Tenant property destruction
    If a tenant destroys the condition of their unit can they be asked to leave until repaired?
    If a tenant has drug activity going on can the be ordered off the property immediately?

    It all depends on the terms and conditions of the lease or written rental agreement. Normally if they havve destroyed the property you will hold them liable for that money in damages

    Most standard rental agreements have clauses for notice to vacate if there is illegal activity. Now you will have to havve proof of it, dug arreesa =at this local orr somehint
