Central air blower won't turn on
My central air compressor is working outside but my blower just seems to hum on both auto and fan mode. When hints? The unit is for my gas heat furnace and central air.

Sounds like the blower motor is locked up; time for replacement.

The box that all my wires go to is getting hot when I turn it on. The blower fan moves freely also. Could it be that box with the wires is bad or the thermosat above it is bad.

Oh, well if the blades move freely and wires are getting hot, I suppose it could be something else.
"That box"... does it have multiple parts in it, or is it just one 'box' ? There is also a second thermostat?

The box has all the wires on the bottom and the thermosat on top. The box with the wires is getting hot. I only see 1 thermosat

From what you're describing, it sounds like the second thermostat is bad.

Do most systems have two. I have a honey well system and if so would I be able to replace it and where would I get one.

Most systems from my understanding is that there is only one. But for homes, I guess it could be different.
The key for you is to write down name, model and serial number. If "Bob" at the hardware store can't help you, you can always contact the manufacturer, or Bob might be able to help you with that.
Please understand that I only work with a one thermostat system, and that is why I've had to be so extended with my return questions. And yes, I'm not an expert myself, just have some years under my belt with this stuff in general.

Unplug the furnace and check in this box , look for loose or burnt wiring, still sounds like the motor. I would not purchase any parts until a proper dianosis is made.
If the motor is humming then it is probably getting power

I checked the wires. No loose or burnt wires present. The fan moves freely and like I said before the box which I reckon is the relay box is getting hot. I have a honeywell system model #nhgc080bf01

The only way to check it properly is to check with a voltage meter when there is a call for the motor to operate. Check for voltage at the motor leads, if you have voltage and motor is not turning then you can be pretty sure you have a bad motor . The motor can spin freely and still be bad.
