Breaking a lease to buy a new house
I would like to buy my first home in October, but my lease is not up until March 31st. Is there any legal way of getting out of the lease? I live in Texas if that makes a difference. Thank you.

I don't think there is. You can try working with your landlord and see. They might make you pay rent until it rents out so maybe if you can help get it rented.

If your lease permits sublets you can try that. If not, try negotiating a buyout with your landlord. But there is no legal way to break the lease.
