    Loose weight while breastfeeding
    I have just had a baby and he's 5 months old now, Whilst pregnant I gained a lot of weight and became fat about 25kgs more. Now I can harldy fit into many of my clothes even after 5 months.

    My bum is quite big with lots of fat in the thighs and hip area. Funny I have quite thinner legs.

    I would like to have a diet that will make me loose weight I am about 80 kgs now, but I still want to continue breasfeeding my child so enough milk and nutrients is still vital.

    What should I do?

    I was 73 kgs when I gave birth and now my kid is 2 years old and now I am almost back to normal of 55kgs.
    And I can assure you that I am the worst person when it comes to exercise,but I do eat healthy foods as much as I can.
    I think my weight was almost back to normal when my kid turned 1.Maybe it is different for different people,but I do not think that a diet when you are breastfeeding will be a good idea.
    Maybe an expert advise is what you need!:)

    The same thing happened to me. Don't Panic your still the same person inside just a little has change on the outside. This will help you because it helped me this was the diet plan:

    Breakfast- Oatmeal 1 tps of cinommon and sugar

    Snack

    Lunch- Salad w/ Chicken breast Baked

    Snack

    Dinner- Small Salad- Green Beans- Any Meat you like - On piece of Whole wheat bread.

    Snack- Cheeze, Cucumbers,Apple w/ peel, grapes,

    Sweets 1-2 small piece of Small bit size holloween treats-snickers,butterfinger,hersey


    After 3 weeks I hade lost 10 lbs
