    Transmission trouble
    I have a 1995 olls. Aroura it has a problem with the transmission shifting when the service engine soon light comes on it runs fine with the light on but when you shift in reverse or drive to park the car it goes into gear real hard . It has a 4.0 cadi engine in it from what I have heard it might be a short in the wire going to the trans or speed sensor whitch is in the trans or the psm moudler computer if anyone has info on how to fix this problem your help would sure help I was told this happen to 4.0 cadi engins

    Tell us what is the code that turned on the MIL (SES)(Check Engine Light)?

    More specific info is necessary. Help us help you.

    Sorry. That's the Turbine Shaft Speed Sensor code. The trans may need to be removed to service (replace) that sensor and harness. Take your car to a qualified ASE certified transmission shop or dealer to have a proper diag. There may be electrical issues that are causing your problem. Aks about diag fees up front and ask about their credentials and warranty.
