    Judgment collection
As a landlord I was screwed by tenants receiving social security. If I get a judgment against them, how can I collect if the law states I can't garnish social security income? Any suggestions? Please help!

This is the Catch 22 of judgements. Getting the judgement is often the easy part. Collecting is another issue. If the defendants have no attachable assets, there is little you can do.
