    Heavy periods
    My periods have started for the first time and I am really scared as it is really heavy... what do I do?? :confused: :confused: I'm only in second form and I get bullied because of it... PLEASE HELP ME!!

    When they first start they tend to be heavy and really crazy. Don't worry about its perfectly normal. And all those girls who are teasing you are the same ones who are secretly hoping to get it (I remember being 13 and so jealous of all my girlfriends who got their periods before me).

    My only advice is to try to get more iron and magnesium around your period (more meat and more chocolate!). Those are two minerals your body naturally lacks during your cycle.

    I had the same problem when I was your age
    There's nothing you can really do about it at your age but when your older... like 16 you can see a doctor and they will help you slow down your pd. If its still heavy painful and irregular.
    As for the girl bullying you, their just jelouse because they want there's too... little do they know once they get it they'll want it to go away and never go back lol
