    I post from work during the day, so my posts are generally pretty sporadic. I NEVER mean to exclude ANYONE who posts here! I'm just sometimes posting on the fly and miss things

    Well, I know how you feel. I was new once too!

    We're just talking, seriously. When we get talking about music, or PMS, or chocolate, or whatever... just speak up with what you've got to say! I promise I will work harder to make people feel more included. It's just been a very busy couple of weeks at work for me, and I've been kind of self-centered. I'm sorry you felt left out at all :(

    But it's mostly just us girls in here.

    Personally, I think it's that we scare the guys away.
