    Dish network receiver
Just out of curiousity, does anyone know why my dish network receiver makes a clicking noise few times during the day and night. It sounds like ti's powering on and off, but it does it when it's on and off. I was thinking maybe it's receiving update, but don't know. Thank you!

    Sounds likely.
"In use" indicator will indicate when line is in use, just plug in, If you hear clicking, see if indicator indicates "in use"
Sorry, don't know if it's normal.
