    Possible 2 headed quarter
    But it has 2 different dates on either side 1968 and 1972 still see the metal part and the copper part of the coin and you can see the lines on the outside..
    Will have picture for others to see it.
    Question is... how much woiuold something like this be worth. :confused:

    Probably not much. Sounds like a gag from a novelty store- you know, so you can always win at a coin toss.

    I agree that it sounds like some sort of gag. This is almost a certainty.

    However, I wouldn't be absolutely sure about that. There are errors in the things that are struck at the mints. Workers do try to weed out the bad strikes. Occasionally, things that are badly struck do make it into the general circulation. It is possible that there might be a coin that has been struck in such a way.

    Remember the 1955 double-die penny? It sold for about 50 cents in 1955. Now, it is worth thousands of dollars, depending upon it's condition of course.

    If you can provide a picture, then that would be helpful.
