    I'm trying to loss weight
    Please help me! I'm jogging every day for half an hour and yet it's like I can't even loss a kilo! I think it's because I eat too much. But I'm starting to control myself. I weigh 62.2kg's and I'm 14years old. Please help! Is this an okay weight for my age!

    Its Very Simple, It Takes Time To Gain Weight , It Will Take Time To Loose It, The Jogging Is Great, You Need That, But Mostly, You Must Cut Out You Fast Food, Try Sub Way Or Salads, Cut Out Soft Drinks, Just The Soft Drinks Can Be 10 Lbs, Don't Eat After 7pm. Exercise In The Morning To Get Your Matabolism Up.

    Sounds To Me You Diet Is The Problem, Keep Excersing And Watch What You Eat, Its Hard But It Will Get You What You Want, And Forget The Quick Fixs On Tv, Hard Work, It's a Life Style Change, Good Luck

    Thank-you sooooo much. I have lost about 15 cm's around my waist and my work uniform is feeling great. You where right too, it was my diet. Thanks for the help
