    Recurring Dream
Two weeks ago I woke up with my heart pounding having a nightmare where I caught my husband in bed with another woman. Last night I found myself in the same state of fear only this time his hands were pressing my head from the top and I woke up as he got to my eyes. This stuff is really scary, can anyone tell me what this could mean please

I think that we have nightmares usually about things that we are scared about, but not all dreams have meanings or are spiritual

You have to remember that Dreams are our subconcious mind working out problems while our conscious mind is at rest. Our unconscious mind uses bad dreams and nightmares to get our attention about a situation or problem that you might be avoiding. Nightmares serve an important purpose in showing you what is troubling you from deep within yourself. Sometimes, your subconcious mind can only show you things with images, it does not have the opportunity to give you the real experience, it can only show you through signs, symbols, colors, and other images, so what you dream is not necessarily what it is trying to tell you. I hope that makes sense. In other words, If you dream about a giant Snake biting you, it may not mean that the snake bite is really going to happen or that it will kill you, it may mean that you are going through a time of healing. To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes. So you see, it can have different meanings.
As far as interpreting what your dream means, no one is a better expert at interpreting your dreams than yourself. No one else knows your life or yourself like you do, no one knows how u really feel, how you think, so you will be able to figure out the hidden meaning in your dream better than anyone.
And just to let you know, the dream you had about cheating is actually quite common. I can give you hints of what some of the signs sometimes mean in your dream, but only you can really know what it is trying to tell you.
    Here are my thoughts:
To dream that your mate, spouse, or significant other is cheating on you, indicates your fears of being abandoned. You may feel some lack of attention in the relationship. Alternatively, you may feel that you are not measuring up to the expectations of others.

To dream that you are pushed or being pushed, signifies that you are being pressured or feel coerced into doing something. Alternatively, it implies your need for perfection.

Sometimes in relationships, after we have been in them for a while, when the new wears off or when we get closer to a person, or start wanting more from our partner, we start getting a little insecure, and we think of all the what ifs, what if it doesn't work out, what if he/she leaves me for someone else, etc. Or maybe you are wondering if this guy is even the one for you, maybe you don't know if you really can trust him, maybe he isn't fullfilling your needs to feel close and secure. Maybe you just need reassurance.

That is my basic thoughts on your dream. Let me know what you think.
