Water keep dropping onto the floor in my utility room. The dishwasher runs fine. The sink doesn't back up in the kitchen. The other areas of the house are draining fine. My guess is clogged line from the washer. The water is coming from the bottom of the machine. Where should I start.

Try this first, if you have a double sink and a garbage disposer, get a toilet plunger and cover one sink drain while water runs full speed into the other, plunge the one drain while you cover the other drain and plunge. Repeat with the other drain by plunging it also. See if this cleans the lines out. Dishwasher can be on or off.
