    Can This Be Legal?
    Can you legally be in a serious relationship and be living with a married man who is going through a divorce and I legally separated but still stays in him and his ex wife's house?

    Yes but she can try and press a kick out order on you because as long as they are married legally she owns half that house, stated on paper work or not as long as they are married.
