    What to do
My loan will turn from fixed to adjustable in October. I would like to refiance but believe my credit score has gone down and think I will not get a lower rate. I am 30,000 in debt and have a chance to take a loan tom payoff everything right know. My question is should I take the loan or wait to refiance.

Without knowing your credit score and without knowing the terms/interest rate etc of the loan you are considering, it will be difficult to answer. Alsp does your current mortgage lender anticipate that the interest rate will increase or decrease in Oct this year when your loan becomes adjustable? I would call the lender and ask, perhaps also ask if they will consider refinancing and at what terms and rate. Be prepared as there may be a loan application fee to consider the refinance application. Weigh all this info and then make your decision.
