Do I have to warm up my car every time?
I had a 99 accord lx 4 - cyl, it dies after it starts, I can re-start right away, I heard if I change the ignition module & the problem should be gone. If I warm up every time will it last longer?

A car like yours should be start up and go. If it dies right off the bat, but gets better as it warms, it sounds to me to be a stuck idle air control motor. Better known as an IAC.
Ignition module? Hmmm. Not really thinking that. Honda guys can chime in if you're listening.
With my idea, sometimes a simple top engine cleaning can take care of this.

Yes, it could be a sticking IAC and/or just dirty. Depending on how many miles and how the car is driven, there could be carbon deposits on the back of the intake valves that act like little sponges.

When you first start the engine, these little sponges soak up a lot of the fuel your engine would rather have to operate cold. The engine starves and stalls.

We can tell what we saw on a car last time, but without the car in front of us, we're guessing.Take your car to a qualified ASE certified shop and have this checked.

Hi, Is it important to do a warm-up before exercising? I was told that it is important to get more oxygen before we start exercising. If this is true, can we use breathing techniques to get more oxygen instead of a warm-up?
