    Commercial lease
    Hi I am getting out of my restaurant lease because my land lord fixed my a/c at first we had good business but as the summer hit 90s it went down.
    Please some body tell me what are my rights and as I put all the stuff in there what I can take itand what I can not.

    That depends on your lease. Generally you can take anything that was not permanemtly affixed.
