    Relinquishing rights responsibilities agreed by both parties
    If both parents agree to the father relinquishing rights and responsibilities, are there any ways to accomplish this without attorneys?

    A agreement can be typed up and both party agree to the contents, by signature that is notarized that agreement would be binding on both.

    This agreement would prevent the courts from changing anything in that agreement.

    Such an agreement would probably not be valid unless approved by a Family court. Check with the Family Court about what is necessary.
