    Do I need a D&C?
I miscarried at 5 weeks with no pain, except terrible back cramps - miscarried on 21st June. Not sure if there's any symptoms that would mean I need a D&C?

I am very sorry for your loss.

Have you been to your doctor for an ultrasound? If not I would suggest you make an appointment.

Many women have miscarriages early on in pregnancy, and many of these women don't even know they were pregnant.

I was about 5 weeks when I miscarried and I didn't need to have d&c but you should definitely get this straightened out with your doctor to be sure. Sorry about your loss, let us know if you need anything!

I miscarried at 12 weeks and I didn't need one. They say if you pass a lot of blood and tissue you most likely lost all of it, and don't need a d&c
