Today has already been the worst day ever. I stayed up till 2 or so in the morning building this portfolio out of fiberglass and metal and what not and it looked awesome and had my name up in the corder in metal lettering, and then I shattered the corner of the fiberglass getting it out of my car this morning... IM covered in JB weld that won't wash off, and my husband is gone tonight, so I'm home alone with Connor and this mess.

I am so stressed right now. I got to work and broke down in tears. I now have only tonght to redo the broken portfolio and print out the pieces to put in the portfolio, which I had saved for tonight because it was the simplest task. I need a drink... or a bath and I can't have either. Why is it that even when I plan and plan and plan and work things out ahead of time, I am still down to the wire pulling out my hair?? :(

I am so sorry that your day is so messed up, it sounds like you worked really hard on that portfolio. I am a real klutz so I usually ruin things right after I make them. Good thing you do plan ahead, because you have time to fix it. I wouldn't, because I do everything at the last minute. Things always happen when the men aren't around. Everyone deserves a break down every now and then. Just remember we are all rooting for you. I am sure it will turn out OK even though right now you just aren't sure how that will happen. Maybe on your break go grab yourself a smoothie or a coffee drink, just to get a minute to compose yourself. I am really hoping the rest of your day goes better. We are all hear for you to vent and get all your frustrations out!! We love you man! Just remember, this too shall pass...

Wish I could do something to help. If you were closer, I'd take Connor for the evening to keep him out of your hair!

Oh, Al, I am so sorry you are having such a bad day. I HATE it when things go like that. Good thing you have such a supportive family, there and here!

Got Little J's lab reports back today. He had MRSA (methacillin resistance staphylococcus aureus). Basically antibiotic resistant staph infection in his cyst. We go back on Thursday to determine if he will need surgery.

It turns out that this strain of MRSA is not resistant to Septra, which, luckily, is what the doctor put him on when we were there last week.

Ugh... sounds like everyone's day is kind of yuck today.

We need to all meet on the moon for a picnic with LOTS of wine.

And since time on the moon doesn't count, it won't mess up anyone's schedule!
