    Why ac fan spins but it stops right away
    When I turn the ac unit on. The fan would spin for a few seconds but it would stop spinning, but the ac unit is still running

    Are you speaking of the ouside fan? Or indoor fan?

    Sounds like you may have a faulty fan motor or fan run capacitor.
