I rent out/share my apartment with a renter can I ask them to leave without any reason

You don't need a reason, but you CAN ask them to leave with 30 days written notice.

If you have a written lease with them, you will have to follow the terms of that lease.
If this is a month to month rental, all you have to do is give them a one month notice to move out.
