    Leaking faucet
We have a leaking faucet in our shower. It drips constantly and is costing us mega $$$$$ on the water bill! I don't know what the problem is but I can tell you it seems like the hot and/or cold water faucet doesn't completely shut off. My husband has tried to remove them (I don't know why and didn't ask him why) but he couldn't. Any ideas on how it fix this? I know it's got to be something really easy.
Our shower is a tub combo but is not one complete unit, it has some kind of water proof paneling:confused: around it, which brings up my second question. The paneling that I spoke of earlier isn't sealed well and although it's been caulked and re-caulked there is still a leek in one corner that links down into the basement every time someone takes a shower (we have a huge tub to catch the water). How can we fix that? Should we take out all of the paneling and replace it?
The bathroom I'm referring to is our only full bath and with 3 high school, football players the shower is used quite often!
    Thanks

Sounds like the knob stems' gaskets have worn down to where they can't seal anymore, and water is now bypassing them and leaking. It will eventually leak more water over time. Both the stems and the seats behind them should be replaced.

As for the leak, I'm not understanding that it's a 'tub combo but is not one complete unit'
