    Property settlement
My father in law co-signed on a house for my wife and I some 15 years ago. We divorced a month ago. In the divorce decree, it states that she along with her father will execute quit claim deeds to give me sole pocession of house. Does he have a right to refuse?

If he is ot on the deed, there is nothing for him to sign over,
And I doubt, ( if he is on the deed) that they can force him to sign his ownership over, since he is not a party to the divorce.
