I am 14 and my brother is 16. We used to be really good friends and hang out and joke and all that. But lately when he has had his friends over he has been like mean to me and they are talking about me so I can't hear. A couple of weeks ago he walked in on me coming out of the shower and I yelled at him and he just laughed. Then yesterday we were watching TV and he was trying to take the remote from me and started wrestling with me and pinned me down and wouldn't let me up and I thought I felt his you know what but I'm not sure. Why would he be like that? Brothers can't think like that about their sisters right? I think that is gross but I'm confused.

He might feel that way about you or maybe its just a phase. If I was you I would talk to him about it.

Have a serious chat with him. Let him know how uncomfortable this makes you feel. If that doesn't get through to him have a chat with your mum. He is being very immature, sounds like the sort of stuff a younger brother might do out of curiosity. Sounds to me like he needs to be put in his place, the sooner the better. I would advise keeping your distance from his friends too. Be aware that you may be giving off some confusing signals.

Tell us his response after you have a talk with him. Sometimes you have to deal with more than just the initial problem.

If it was a younger brother then I think it could be curiosity... seeing as he is older it could be a phase, and I have heard of this from other people, however after you initially confront him, if he does anything at all similar to what was originally bothering you... go straight to your parents. I'm not saying he could do anything to you, but he might become mad at you and become vengeful. Basically, give him a shot to clear it up, if he doesn't go, to the parents to sort this out, it shouldn't be your problem, you should feel comfortable in your home and around your family.
