Sounds like more than jealously. Sounds to me like you are very immature and the only thing to do is learn to control your emotions. It can be done. You have already recognised that there is a problem and that is the first step, and a really good one. Now I would say the next step is to find and concentrate on what makes you happy instead of what makes you unhappy, angry, anxious and jealous. There are some wonderful sites on the net where you can read and learn about taking control of your life and your emotions.
Think about checking them out, especially if you don't want to be on meds for the rest of your life.
