The Gold Mask of King Tut
My question is simple. On the Gold Mask of King Tut, it depicts two animals on the forehead. One is a cobra, and one is a bird of some kind. I don't know what type it is, but it's got an elongated neck, with segmented ridges, similar to the underbelly of a snake. At first I thought it was a vulture, but the beak has a strange color pattern, and the neck is too skinny compared to the pictures I've seen on Google. Can anyone tell me what that bird is? Thanks.

Everything I've ever seen or read has always said it was an egytian vulture, here's a little bit of reading on it while I continue my search! Lol!

    From a museum site --

Found on King Tut's mummified body, the gold mask was the most famous treasure to emerge from his tomb. The cobra and vulture on the headdress are symbols of his dominance over upper and lower Egypt. The false beard of divinity, attached to the chin, is that of Osiris, ruler of the netherworld. Engravings on the back comprise a spell from the Book of the Dead. The original mask was of gold inlaid with various precious stones and glass.

SK-II The Facial Whitening Mask [ 3 Answers ]

Hey Guys, Has anyone used this SK-II facial whitening mask? If so, how well did it work? I want to buy it, but my skin is really sensitive. I don't know enough about the chemical make up to make a judgment on it. I hear its kind of concentrated, so I am concerned if anyone else had some troubles...
