    Window media player version 10
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is located on the Internet , connect to the Internet. If the file is located on a removable storage card, insert the storage card.

I contacted Microsoft and they said they had the answer but I had to pay 80.00 to get it

I am running zone alarm, xp pro service pack 2 avg.. I have checked all firewalls and even turned them all off but still cannot viw anything on the internet... and I do have a connection

    Help!! Please

Make sure that the "[ ] connect to the internet" box under tools -> options -> player is checked. I have seen after many updates that this is causing a problem.

I am very confused and every link WMP has doesn't solve my problem. I want to arrange my music library in order of either artist A-Z, or song title A-Z. How can I do this, and if you can, give me step by step info? I've tried what I could and so far nothing. I really appreciate your help.
