Discolored band around crown after using hair dye
I have been dying my hair blonde for years now, without any problems. I don't know if it is because I have more grey now, or my hair is just changing, but the past maybe year, maybe longer, I have just noticed in the past year... that after I dye my hair, maybe a couple weeks later, my roots show and then immediately after the natural roots, there is another band (almost like a second set of roots, about a shade lighter then my real roots) it goes around my hair line, if I hold it strait up in the air, like a band. The color is a bit goldish. So I have my roots, which are brown, a goldish lighter brown band, and then blonde hair... it sounds really worse then it is, but it is just something I notice, especially if it is back in a pony tail, I can totally see the different shades. But the band is really crazy, because it is perfectlye shaped, like it is meant to be there
    Any help??

    Thanks in advance...

If your hair is 3 different colors, you will need to have a corrective color done. Don't attempt to do it yourself with another at-home boxed color, you could make matters. I recommend that you go to a salon and have them correct your hair color. If you want blonde hair, minus the unpleasant colors, they will most likely lighten your hair and then apply toner to achieve your desired results.
