Bad neighbor listening in on cordless phone
    Hi,

Recently my cats disappeared (outside cats) nuetered. I feel my neighbor whom hates cats and his chronnie took them. Now I feel my cordless phone is listened in on as the bad neighbor is one step ahead always. I had the sherriff come yesterday, my neighbor already knew he was coming. I heard him tell the other guy, the other guy (one who exterminates caught animals) said he'd drive around then return later. Antone have ideas on how to "set up" my bad neighbor. All my cats are gone, I am sure have been murdered. I'm thinking of talking on my cordless about getting new cats that I have in cages in my back yard. I'll say I will let them out after they settle in to the change. What I want is for my nighbor to be so curious that he comes over to look. I posted "no tresspassing" signs all around and installed video surveylience cameras to catch him. Sound good?

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

Sounds good to me, if u can get evidence that he is behind the disappearing of your cats, you could inform the police or something

Well it's hard to catch him doing something now that the cats are gone but if your concerned about him listening to your conversations use a corded phone or buy a new cordless that operates in the 4GHZ range. It's easy to listen in on cordless phone conversations on regular 900 MHZ models, any scanner you can buy a radio shack can find the signal and listen in but they don't go up to 4GHZ for standard scanners.

Other than this if he is currently breaking any laws call the cops again from a cell phone or corded phone. Or if he is just hearing you talik from inside your house call from a room that is farthest away from his house.

I don't know, your not explaining much of why he is a bad neighbor, just that your cats are gone and you think he did it, what else has he done that you can prove?
