    Can you use floor leveling compound over linoleum?

    I wouldn't think you would want to use floor leveling compound over linoleum. It isn't that difficult to take up to get to the sub floor.

    May Try Some 1/4 Ply Wood, Staple It Down With 1" Staples Ever 3" Square, Yes Its A lot Of Staples, After This You Can Use You Floor Leveling Compound,
    If You Are Laying Tile, Forgo The 1/4 Plywood And Use Tile Concrete Backer Board And Use Thinset To Level Out The Floor
