    Immigration child law
    If the parent becomes a permanent resident , if that parent has kids and she becomes a resident before their 16 or 18 birthday do they automutle become a resident!! :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

    If a child is born here they are a resident automatically. :)

    What if the parent became a resident and she had 3 kids that were not born in the us and she becomes a resident before their 16 or 18 birthday do they become citizen automatically

    No, you have to send in applications for all three children, you must sponsor them to become permanent residents, it's just a formality because the application won't be rejected but they won't get SSN numbers without an application.
