    Hairball in cat
Hey, my cat is a 13 yr old female. She has been spayed since she was 2. over the years she had minor hairball issues, but it was never a problem to worry about. Recently she stopped eating and we took her to the vet. She got 3 injections -antibiotic, vitamin, appetizer. She has been vomitting after her trip to the vet and has not eaten yet. Is it normal for her to vomit (maybe its all the hairballs I hope) or should I contact the vet again.

Do you see hair in her vomit. Do you give her hairball formula cat food or give her hair ball remedy? Why did the vet give her an antibotic? I would also dig through the vomit to see if I could see even small amounts of hair. If I did not see any and she did not start eating by tomorrow night. I would contact the vet. Keep us posted on how your cat is doing.
