    Above.

    If you put this equation into the form y> mx +b, you have the equation for the boundary line. Since the y vlaues are greater than the boundary line, you shade above the line.

    Are you able to determine the values for m and b if you re-write the problem is the form y>mx +b? Post back if you are having difficulty.
