    Drain problems in freezer
I have a side by side magtag refrig.
I have a drainage problem, the water is not going down the drain therefore it is leaking and forming an ice base at bottom of freezer. It seems that its only about 1 foot from drain to bottom of refrig, but is it straight down? If so what is the best way to clean the drain out? I tried a wire but was scared when jabbing it might put a hole through the drain hose. Can you help/
    Thanks.

Try running hot water down it. Many times it could be ice that is clogging drain
