    Prostate cancer
    I would like to know if having your prostate totally removed due to cancer, can you still have and erection with stimulants?

    My Ex-Nieghbor had to have his Prostate removed and then had to have a pump put in to get it up.. the Ladys loved it

    It all depend on if they can save the nerve bundels that the prostate surrounds,a prostate does not give you the erection,it supplys fluid.If they have to take the bundels there are pumps they can install,pretty gross operation.
