Hi everyone! My first time on here! I hope you can help! Well I have been with my boyfriend almost a year now, we met on a night out and it took 10mths before we actually got together, when we finally did it was great, there's 5 years between us. He was the first guy I have ever slept with and 5months in to the relationship that happened. Since we have been together, we have only slept together 3 times. It must be me? I mean I ask him to stay over at my house he doesn't he would rather go home. There's was an incident where I was told by a certain girl whilst out that he had got with her. He denied all this. I'm just confused as every time we get a bit close he's like I'm tired , its too late or I need to go home. I don't know whether he's stressed I don't think I'm putting a great deal of pressure on him. I haven't even met his family yet. So I really don't know whether its me I'm not good enough? He feels he no longer needs to chase me ? Or that he's seeing someone else. He also has a lot of female friends who I haven't met yet. He claims to have been hurt in the past but he should now that I wouldn't do that. So I'm kind of stuck in a mid position of what to do should I stay should I go ? Why doesn't he want me? I've even questioned him being gay :S or do I think too much?

Hello Angel.

It sounds like he is hiding something from you. A Wife or Girlfriend, Maybe his feelings for you, Something is making him pull away when it comes to being together. It can't be him having a problem sexually because you said it was great when you did do it. Could you be a little clingy after you Make Love and he feels like your pushing to hard for his attention.

He must be a nice guy of he would be taking advantage of a sweet Girl like you. It really doesn't matter what his problem is if he isn't going to tell you so you both can work it out.

Give him one more time to come clean with the problems and if he doesn't then move on and find a Man that will treat you like the special lady you are.

Hey angeleyes, maybe what you need to do is talk to him about it. If you already did and he is still not responding to your excpectations treat him as a friend and don't put your hopes high. He might be scared of committing to you cause he sees that you are actually serious with the relationship and that might throw him off the roof if he is not ready for it. Just come out straight to him and ask him if he wants a serious relationship cause girl your life needs to get rocking and get someone who is ready for one. Don't stick up to him that much cause it is not worth it to keep on hurting yourself. And who knows you might actually find "the one" right about the corner. But you should not stick to a desert that shows no signs of raining soon... I mean your boyfriend. Just remember time is the best healer. I am an example to that. HANG OUT AND HAVE FUN. Let him actually see that you are still enjoying your life whether he is there or not. Have some pride and show him you are no doormat he can just tell" its late" or "i need to get going" as if you have no feelings. Don't argue with him even when he gets into your last nerve. And I have one more tip for you, every time you feel like calling him, call your closest friend instead and talk about something else. I know it hurts but time is the best healer. Remember if he does not treat you with the kind of love that will make you happy, you better be off alone cause it will eat you up so bad. It will be hard to let go but it will be worth it cause you will move on in the end. But first talk to him about his actions and ask him if he is serious with you.
