    Bank freeze lift?
    Can anyone tell me the term for having an account freeze lifted.. My mother got an order to show cause but in the mean time, are her accounts to remain frozen.. Is there any way to request temorary relief??

    You can file a motion to quash the garnishment or vacate the judgement. But was wasa the account garnished in the first place? Did she not know a judgement had been entered against her?
