    Good day...

    What are the specific vitamins that should be taken to achieved none wrinkled skin?

    Alpha lipoic acid is a great vitamin to take. I have been a skincare expert for 5 years and have found that taking care of ourselves both internally as long as externally is a great way to achieve beautiful skin. Just a reminder: The sun is the number one cause of aging, so a good SPF is the key.

whenever I get hit or scratched, or bitten to hard, that area of my skin where is occurred gets red and then I get a white raised bump ( of skin) in the senter or along the redness. It goes away in minutes but still highly unattractive. What can I do to prevent this?? Sum 1 email me help....
