I can't stand this my boyfreind broke up with me today I feel so alone and hurt I can't stop crying this hurts so much. We went out for a month I had my first kiss with him we played games in the theatre we kissed he hugged me always told me he loved me wrote me poems told me he d never brake up with me. I told him we coud work things out he said no I don't want to talk its over. He didn't even tell me what's wrong with him I know he got summer school maybe that's why he's so upset. Usually I'm a girl who gets what she wants and doesn't get dissapointed why did this guy disapoint me I knew what we had it was so beautiful why did it have to end its not fair. How exacly do couples get over this. Its so hard forgeting all the games you played those times he carried you and kissed you. How am I suppose do forget that any advice help please

Although it may not be of any comfort to you now, I can promise you that 'time is a great healer' and you will get over this breakup.

The way I read your post gives me the impression that this was your 'First Love'. If so, everyone has their first love and very, very rarely is it their last. This has happened to countless millions of people and they have survived.

If your ex simply decided to break up with you and refuses to talk it over or even give you a reason why, although you may not like hearing this, I am wondering if he is worth going through all this heartbreak over.

He certainly does not give me the impression that he cares as much for you as you obviously do for him. If he did he would not just end the relationship without some sort of explanation or reason.

You also say that you are used to getting what you want and I assume this is the first time you have been disappointed. I am afraid that this is extremely unlikely to be the last time this will happen to you. Life is as full of disappointments as it is of successes.

My advice is to 'hang in there' and you may be surprised at how quickly this sad episode in your life will fade into distant memory.

Remember that there are millions of boys/men out there who will treat you the way you should be treated and there is certainly one for you.

The only way you can get over this is to simply wait there and keep wondering why it happened... right! Not right and if you really want to move ahead, all you need to is to think that this guy you were so in love with has been dead(sorry this sounds harsh) but this makes things easier... he's gone from your life for a reason.. and believe in something's that God has in store for you... be brave... learn from it... learn that no matter what is good today will end tomorrow... so live in the present... tomorrow is another day

I think I will go back to work like no one 's business, work harder, don't do harm to yourself, but work really hard. Or working out in the gym harder than before...
Talk to online friends, say anything you want... it'll go soon.
But don't mention your break up to too many people!
