Age For a teenager to be put out home
I live in Georgia and have a 17 year old daughter. She is on Probation, finally passed to the 10th grade (after 2 years of high school) and constantly in and out of trouble. She refuses to follow rules of the house. She always argues with everyone in the house, even her 65 year old grandma. No respect for authority, steals, fights, destroys property and will not get a job.At what age can a parent legally make their child leave home?

Sounds to me like she has already outgrown the home where she was raised. She apparently no longer thinks she needs any supervision or support. The problem is, everyone needs to understand that once she disrespects the home and those living in it, and she leaves home to "do her own thing", coming back for any reason other than a visit is not an option. It's called "tough love". The moment you invite her back in and there is the first indication of disrespect, out the door she would go! If it is at night, inform her that she is to be escorted out of the home first thing in the morning. And make sure someone keeps an eye on things around the house... sometimes when a child leaves home, so do a few expensive items. Most of all, good luck to you both and pray for God's angels to keep a close watch over her until "she really has grown up".

First, the legal age of maturity can be different in different states. Check for your specific states statue on the legal age.

Second, until that age is reached you may not legally kick your child out of the home without asking the court to grant you an emancipation order. You have to have good legal cause to ask for one. The child must pose some sort of threat to remaining in the home. If you do not get one and kick your child out you may face criminal child endangerment charges.

::EDIT:: Here is some information you can research:
WikiAnswers - How old do you have to be to move out in Georgia
    Child Welfare Information Gateway

    Hope it helps.
