    How to become pregnant
I miscarried about eight months, before the miscarriage I didn't think I could get pregnant. So my question is "What can I do or take to become pregnant"? That is not harmful to my health, something like a vitamin or supplement.

    Thanks,

There is nothing you can do short of sexual intercourse that can make you pregnant. You can take prenatal vitamins to help make your body more accepting to a baby, but it will not increase or decrease your chances for conception. I suggest charting your cycle accurately, learn your ovulation dates and plan from there. You are most fertile around ovulation. You can read about it here.

Short of mother nature and fertility treatments, taking things won't help you get pregnant. There are lots of herbal things out there that say they can help you get pregnant, but mostly are just ways to help lift the burden of your money, rather then the burden of trying to conceive. ;0) the most they can do is help your body be in a healthier state for when you DO conceive. I would suggest just exercising normally, eating healthy, taking prenatal vitamins, and relaxing. You can also chart your basal body temps(Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) and use ovulation kits to better see when you ovulate so you have a better idea of when to try. However, these tools(while helpful) can also add frustration to the matter by bringing false expectation (I have to be pregnant this time, we did the timing perfectly!) and putting more stress and pressure on timing.(we HAVE To do it now, I don't care if we aren't in the mood, I'm ovulating and we have to do it NOW) so don't rely on them TOO heavily. Really just relaxing and taking your time, really enjoying the process of trying to conceive and using it to bring you and your man closer together, that's the best road.
