    There are several of us here on this site that sell or buy on contracts for deeds. And we have some other very good legal experts also.

    You have posted this under the introduction area, where you are suppose to introduce yourself, if you will ask this question in the real estate area many people will be glad to help you.

    Here you may add to the introduction as to some info on you.

    Also your question is far to general you will need to ask more specific questions about contracts
