    Quickclaiming to save equity
    Will quickclaiming my rental property to a relative protect it from from a lender on my primary residence if I let the primary go into foreclosure. I owe more on my primary then it is worth and I some equity in my rental.

    Hello laver:

    Doing what you propose to do is fraud. Not only will it not protect the rental property, you risk your butt landing in jail.
