    I want abbs!
    OK I'm not fat... I don't think so anyway... I just don't have a good stomach!
    What I want is flat and firm...
    My stomach at the mo is hard as a rock when I tence but it is coverd in a thin layer of fat... nothing drastic though.

    What I want is an exercise regime that will get me the flat stomach I'm looking 4!

    I hate to say it bu tmy trainer says the only way to get get abs is to do a tone of sit ups. When I mean a lot I mean 500 to1000 a day, the stomach muscles are the only muscles one can not exhust with a daily work out (unfortunetly). It isn't just that easyyou need to vary them, meaning, use a ball, weights, do leg lifts etc.. . you know you work out.
    Sorry there isn't a quick fix. If there was I would have a six pack too.
