I hate to say it bu tmy trainer says the only way to get get abs is to do a tone of sit ups. When I mean a lot I mean 500 to1000 a day, the stomach muscles are the only muscles one can not exhust with a daily work out (unfortunetly). It isn't just that easyyou need to vary them, meaning, use a ball, weights, do leg lifts etc.. . you know you work out.
Sorry there isn't a quick fix. If there was I would have a six pack too.
