    Speedball, more cast iron info needed thanks
    Can u purchase those parts at home depot and how do u then connect that to the new pvc, is pvc what to use, what connects to drain tile? Thanks for the help?

    I don't think Home Depot carries Fernco Products. PVc is what I would recommend. It depends on the material your sewer pipe is as to the method of connecting to it. Regards, Tom

    Where do I get fernco products and I am just going from cast iron to pvc, then the pvc will go to clay tile drain outside

    Both Home Depot and Menards in the Chicago area carry Fernco products. Since these stores buy in major quantities, I assume (yeah, never assume :eek: ) that these stores nationwide would carry them. The Fernco site is good in that it supplies a lot of product specs, but Fernco does not sell direct-I tried-unless they recently changed. Speedball gave a good list, but be aware that many wholesale supply houses only sell to commercial accounts and don’t want to be bothered with small one time sales ( again I tried), though it certainly wouldn’t hurt to contact them….

    Ferguson has branches nationwide and if they don't have the Fernco products you need, they can order them in in just a few days.

    As for the transitions from plastic to cast iron, you need a CP-33 for 3" or a CP-44 for 4".

    Transitions from plastic or cast iron to clay or concrete tile require a Caulder coupling.
