    Where is my period?
    Im 16. Female obv.

When I was young, I was always in and out of hospital because they were "keeping an eye" on my growth and development because I was short, extremely thin and wasn't developing as fast as most girls.
When things started changing they said they only needed to see me up until I started my periods.
Well, I had my first on this Easter.
But since then I've never had another one.
Why haven't I had another period yet, it's been over 2 months.
And I really don't want to go for more tests at hospital. Please help.

Your late onset of menses and now not having another one could be part of a larger syndrome such as any of a number of hormone problems. After all those tests did they not have some kind of diagnosis or theory? Did you see an endocrinologist or just a GP?

    Endocrinologist.
There was nothing irregular in the bloods.
There's a history of chrones disease in my family, and Im pretty sure I'm going to become diagnosed with it.
Would that have anything to do with it?

Crohn's disease is more to do with intestinal problems and bowels and only rarely effects endocrine system so it is really unrelated here... It is typical for young women to have irregular periods for the first few years, but given your situation, I would go back to the doctor and make sure it is nothing else. Was the period you had extremely painful? Or do you suffer from severe cramping?

    Thank you.
There was hardly any pain at all, I was just really tired.
Im due back at hospital soon, so I'll see how that goes.
    Just hope its nothing serious.
